Heartless with a Heart - Kingdom Hearts
I’ve seen this many times before. One of my absolute favorite version of this is by AnyaZoe. She’s such a talented artist. I would kill to be able to crochet small items like she does. Truly amazing.
Hey! Enough about other awesome people. It’s my turn. This little guy is about 12″ tall with his antennae shaped the way I have them in the pictures. Which brings me to my next point, they can be shaped however you like.
They are completely pose-able. He is crocheted from 100% acrylic yarn. Definitely a great belated Valentine’s Day gift.. just saying. And wouldn’t ya know it.. he’s up for sale in my Etsy shop here.

Chiblets - Adorable Geeky Sculptures!
Ever wonder what your favorite geeky characters would look like as children? Dyani at Chiblets has beat you to it and has made some the cutest sculptures ever. Each character is depicted as a child holding their favorite “toy.” For Chewbacca it’s a Stormtrooper’s helmet. For Captain Malcolm Reynolds it’s a miniature Firefly. For Link, it’s a ride-able Epona. There’s just so many cute adorable pairings.
Each Chibi sculpture is about 3″ tall. They are hand painted, and sculpted from polymer clay. They take her 6-8 hours of straight work. But the end result is amazing. It really proves she’s a fan of the shows with all the small little details she adds. And nothing melts our geeky hearts more than seeing an “inside joke” of our favorite characters come to life. Something that one would only know if you watched the show and loved it as much as you did.
She also has so much more that she hasn’t put up: Harry Potter series, Buffy Scooby Gang (excited to see this one), Indiana Jones series, and the Disney princesses. Below are just a FEW pictures of what she has to offer. If you’re a fan of Firefly or Star Wars or going “awwww” every 5 seconds definitely check out her shop.
Gwen Loves Rainbows - Scene Girl Alter Ego
Gwen is the 2nd addition to my new line of Alter Ego dolls. Tara the Gamer can be found here.
Gwen was suggested to me by CuppycakeMewMew. Her Alter Ego is a scene girl that loves rainbows!
I don’t know if I got her style correct. I don’t know any scene girls, but from the pictures I saw they wear fairly simple clothes with all the attention focused on the hair. Which btw I love Gwen’s hair!!
She has a jean skirt, rainbow leggings, and a tank top with rainbow colored hearts. She stands 10.5″ tall and is crocheted from 100% acrylic yarn.
Hope you enjoy
She’s up for sale at my Etsy shop.
To My Gamer of Sorts Readers
Wow! I still have some of you!? Shocking! Well, my friends you have been very loyal. Thank you so much for supporting my blog and myself. I have decided to close her down. I have not posted in many many months. 90% of my energy outside of my work has become on this site, and it’s projects. Any personal blogging will be done here as well. I apologize to my readers that were expecting more from me, and from the video games we play together.
Thank you so much for your support.
Welcome to the new site!
Ok, it’s not a complete makeover! But! It’s a great start. Now you can easily see what’s newly been added and I have a spot so I can ramble a little bit. Best of both worlds! Right?…
There are still a few small things I have to do, but the bulk is complete and I can edit it as I update.
Thanks everyone for their patience!
Rinoa Heartilly - FF8 - Version 2
*This is not a licensed Square Enix product. It is however, hand-crafted by me. I am not affiliated with or sponsored by Square Enix.*
“Look into my eyes… You’re-going-to-like-me… You’re-going-to-like-me… Did it work?”
Rinoa is one half of my favorite Final Fantasy couple. She stands about 11″ tall, and is completely hand crocheted from acrylic yarn. Her wings on her back are made with fleece, so they are super soft!
She is extremely detailed, down to the caramel streaks in her hair, her ring on her necklace, and the angel wings on her back.
She is the perfect gift for anyone who adored and loved Final Fantasy 8, or the series in general.
This item is finished and ready to be shipped. Here is the link to her in my Etsy shop.
Rinoa Heartilly/Final Fantasy is copyright Square Enix.
The craft itself is my own.
